Pippingford Park is an estate in the middle of the Ashdown Forest which consists of mostly woodland and heath with some parkland and fields. There is easy access directly from the A22, 1 mile north of Nutley and 3 miles south of Forest Row, 35 miles south of central London.

The old Buildings such as the Manor house and Home Farm buildings have been converted to high quality office use with over 18 businesses making Pippingford their home. We provide rooms for single person operations of 100 sqft up to an area of 3000 sqft in the old sandstone Barn.

People working at Pippingford in the Ashdown Forest enjoy the connection with the wildlife such as the herd of wild deer and the changing of the seasons which form a large part of their lives here. Most office areas are near a shower so cycling to work or lunchtime runs are not out of the question.

There are six lakes and these are used as a coarse fishery where we run a club which people can join for the season, Carp go to 36 lbs.

The majority of the estate is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

The wild and varied terrain of Pippingford Park provides a place for many different activities. The primary use is by the British Army using the land for basic training; there are many other regular users such as Adventure races, Living History Re enactment, 4×4 Charity event, Mountain Biking events, European Orienteering championship, British Field Archery Championship, Hostile environment training, Survival Training, Management Training, Corporate Hospitality, City Challenge, Filming, Photo Shoots, BB/Airsoft events, Charity Ball, Scout centenary Jamboree.
